    Here's some of the basic info for our parking lot:

    Lot Location:
    187 & 199 Lauo Loop, Kahului (the loop by Costco gas station)

    Monthly Rent Per Stall:
    $150
    - We accept payment via Venmo, Cash or Check.
    - You can park different cars in the same stall. For example, if you rent out 5 cars, you may not need to rent 5 stalls, since some cars will be out on reservations.
    - We have weekly rates available upon request.

    Term:
    Month to month. We require a 30-day notice if you need to cancel.

    Lot Overview:
    - Lot is gated and graveled.
    ​- Lot is accessible 24/7. Gates are opened daily between 6:30am - 11pm. Gate code will be provided for after-hours access.
    ​- Stall will be assigned and strictly for parking only.
    - No car washing or car repairs on the premises.
    - No electric or water available.

    If you would like to proceed with renting with us, please provide the information in this form. Upon receipt of your information, a lease will be emailed to you. Once we receive your signed lease and payment, we will provide your assigned stall(s).
