What are your hours?

LOT HOURS: Sunday - Thursday (8:00am - 8:00pm), Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm), Saturday (closed)
AIRPORT DELIVERY HOURS: Sunday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm), Saturday (closed)
If you need to make a change that is outside our hours of operation, please contact us so we can check if we can accommodate your change.

Do you offer 1-day rentals?

No, we have at least a 3-day minimum requirement for all our reservations.

Do you offer same day reservations?

Unfortunately we do not offer same day reservations. Reservations must be booked at least 24-hours in advance to give our team time to prepare your rental.

Do you deliver to other parts of the island?

We currently offer delivery options to Kahului Airport only.

Do you offer a shuttle service?

We currently do not offer a shuttle service. We recommend rideshare services like Uber to get to and from our lot, or opt to have airport delivery during our airport hours (Sunday - Friday from 8am - 5pm).

What is the minimum age to rent a vehicle?

Drivers must be at least 21 years old to rent with Chosen Rentals.

Who is eligible to rent?

At this time, rentals are only available to U.S. citizens only. We are unable to accommodate international drivers.

Is insurance included with my rental?

No. Chosen Rentals does not provide insurance coverage. All drivers must carry their own valid personal auto insurance.

Can I add an additional driver?

Yes. Additional drivers may be added to the reservation. Each additional driver must meet our age, eligibility, license and insurance requirements.

How do I make changes to my reservation?
